When you register a salon or submit an enquiry we collect the details you type into the form: name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email, city, state, salon details, business requirement, property details and any message or file you choose to upload. We also record the IP address of the submission for spam protection.
Your information is used to review your requirement, match it with relevant franchise or business opportunities, and contact you about those opportunities on the contact method you selected. Relevant details may be shared with the franchise brand whose listing you enquired about.
The public Salon Directory shows only salon name, city, state, salon type, years in business, number of outlets and services, and only for profiles approved for public listing. Mobile numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses and personal information are not published.
The website uses a session cookie to keep forms secure. Admin users have an additional login session cookie. We do not sell your data.
Records are kept while your enquiry is active in our system. To have your registration removed from the directory or your data deleted, write to us from your registered email or contact us with your Registration ID.
